Polyurethane from our own production offers a good combination of resistance to oils or other substances and mechanical properties. We supply our polyurethane in hardnesses between 60 and 95 ShA and between 55 to 60 ShD. Within the production process, we make sure that production procedures are strictly followed. This allows us to guarantee a very good service life of the parts and excellent mechanical properties. All polyurethane parts can operate over a wide temperature range, from -30 to +110°C. We are able to upgrade the standard material with additives that improve abrasion and UV resistance, hydrolysis resistance, flame retardancy and finally antibacterial and antistatic properties. Polyurethane parts are supplied as semi-finished products for further processing (bars, tubes, plates, blocks), final cast products (in moulds) or machined final products.
Delivery times: It mainly depends on the batch size and the complexity of products. Our standard delivery time is usually no more than one week of placing the order. Given our warehouse stock we are able to offer production on short notice in emergency situations.
